The Center for Effective School Operations (CESO) is a company that primarily partners with K-12 public schools to improve strategy and operational function in Transportation, Communications, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, and Facilities departments. 

At CESO, I served as a Creative Lead in our communications division, Director of Marketing, and as an internal communications consultant. 
Brooklyn Center | Brand Development
In Brooklyn Center Community Schools (BCCS), our team worked on new forms of brand expression (full flipbook at the link) that included messaging/design on the interior walls of school buildings and a complete reimagining of their district Mission, Vision, and Values. This work helped a district in crisis recruit and retain students, as well as supporting leadership in their efforts to communicate the heart of the district.

CESO Marketing | Campaigns
The CESO marketing team developed a number of awareness campaigns aimed at introducing a specific division or the company itself to various a targeted group of K-12 education leaders.
